If you have more than one Bill of Lading form in your operation, you will need to use the right one in specific situations. This program allows you to define the different Bill of Lading forms that you may be using, so that the Operator can select the one required.

Usage

Use this job to define all Bill of Lading forms which will be printed by the computer.

Preconditions

Determine how many Bills of Lading you really need in the system. Generally, the fewer there are, the better. But you may not have a choice.

Subsequent Actions

The Bill of Lading format to be used for each Client is set up in Field 35 (Bill of Lading Format Code) of program CR.18 [Client Arrangements] and the Pick Document in Field 38 (Pick Format Code).
