There may be some occasions in which you wish to consolidate the Sales figures of two or more of your Clients, for reporting purposes.When this is the case, you may use this program to transfer the Sales statistics from one Client to another.

Usage

Use this job to consolidate various Client codes within the same Client, for Sales Analysis.

Note:Be careful. This process cannot be reversed.

Print:There is no option in this program to print the values that have been consolidated.

Preconditions

This program is normally run at month-end, after completing program OR.30 [Monthly Sales - Transfer].

Subsequent Actions

When printing Sales reports, the Clients who have been consolidated will not show any Sales figures; their activity will be incorporated into the Sales statistics of the "consolidated"Client(s).
