In a Warehouse operation in which Weight is a significant factor, it may be important to know the Inbound and Outbound Tonnage for various Periods of time (week-, month-, year-to-date). This program purges/deletes the tonnage information that has already been reported for a specified Period.

Usage

Use this program to purge tonnage information up to a specified date, to make room for new/ current tonnage data.

Preconditions

Prior to purging any data, you should have printed the information in program MR.11 [Tonnage In and Out Report].

Subsequent Actions

Once the purged records have been removed from the file, there is more space available for new tonnage information that continues to come into the system.
