Business Benefits

In most operations, there is a variety of Conveyances (eg. pallets, cartons, boxes, etc.). This program allows you to print the activity for a Conveyance (or group of Conveyances) based on selected criteria (Client, Product, Lot, Warehouse, Location, Conveyance Object, etc.) to answer queries from warehouse staff and clients.

Usage

This report may be printed for:

• Live Conveyances
• Archived Conveyances.

Live Conveyances refer to Conveyance IDs that still reside in inventory. Archived Conveyances have been "shipped" or "adjusted" out of inventory. However, it is still possible to view activity for these Conveyance IDs.

The user may choose from the following report formats:

• History
• Recall

The two formats differ in that the "Recall" option does NOT display moves for the Conveyances.

After selecting the types of Coveyances to display (Live or Archived) and the level of detail (History or Recall) the user may enter one or more ranges of Conveyance Object and IDs.

To print all Pallet Objectd for IDs 500000 to 599999 the user would enter the following start/end ranges.

Start Range: PALLET5000000
End Range: PALLET5999999

Preconditions

To view "Live" Conveyance IDs then Conveyances must exist in inventory and may have been created with any of the following options:

RE.21 [Receipts]
RE.31 [Receipt Invoices]
RF.01 [R.F. Menu] - Bulk Receiving
RF.01 [R.F. Menu] - Single Receiving
RF.50 [Maintain Shipment Conveyance]
OR.20 [Lots - Maintain / Adjust]

To view "Archived" Conveyance IDs then Conveyances must NOT exist in inventory and have obtained this status with any of the following options:

OE.06 [Pick Confirmation]
OE.20 [Confirm or Modify Shipments]
OR.20 [Lots - Maintain / Adjust]

Subsequent Actions

No specific tasks need to be performed after viewing this report.
