Inventory is counted and recorded on pre-numbered Physical Inventory Tickets.

Since the same Product code may be in more than one Location, there may be more than one Ticket per Product.

This program prints the Tag/Ticket balances entered by the Operator in program PI.30 [Count - Enter].

Usage

Use this job to print the information that was entered in PI.30 [Count - Enter], by Client, Product, etc. You can compare the Physical to the Book Inventory by running program PI.56 [Phy sical vs Book - Report].

Preconditions

The Count code must have been set up in program PI.20 [Count - Maintain/Generate] and Ticket numbers generated in program PI.20 [Count - Maintain/Generate] or PI.22 [Tags - Generate Blank/External].

The information from Tickets must have been entered in program PI.30 [Count - Enter].

Subsequent Actions

You can compare the Physical to the Book Inventory by running program PI.56 [Physical vs Book - Report].
