Business Benefits
Prior to conducting a Cycle Count it is important to determine the approximate time required to perform a count. This allows for appropriate preparations to be made (schedule count date, time, resources, etc.) to minimize additional count costs (overtime, reallocation of labor resources to complete the count, etc.).
This Job enables you to view "How Long" similar Cycle Counts (e.g., for a specific Client and Class) have taken and gauge whether a current count will be finished within its budgeted timeframe.
Note: For related documentation and workflows, see PI - Physical Inventory. For further information on how inventory is handled under ViewPoint Logistics, see Physical Inventory Overview.
Usage
This Job may be used to view Cycle Counts' date/time stamped statuses (Pending, In Process, Updated, etc.) and ticket details (i.e., if a Ticket has been assigned a count) so you may determine the expected duration of a count. You may use this data to prepare for a Cycle Count (schedule a Date/Time, schedule counters, etc.) or allocate additional labor resources if it appears that the count will not be completed "on time".
Preconditions
To be viewed in this Job a Count must be created as a "Cycle Count" and may have any current status (Pending, In Process, Updated, etc.)

Subsequent Actions
