Business Benefits

You may wish to place some Products in the Warehouse into a Pick-Line, for picking purposes.

This program allows you to define which Products are to be assigned to that Pick-Line, by Client.

Usage

Use this job to set up Products for use in the Pick-Line.

Preconditions

Warehouse codes must have been set up in program WP.11 [Warehouses].

A storage type of P must be set up in SL.78 [Storage Types / Type Profiles].

Locations must be defined as Pick-Line in Field 8 of program SL.90 [Locations].

Client codes are set up in program CR.06 [Client Names and Addresses].

Products associated with each Client are created in program CR.62 [Client's Inventory Products].

Subsequent Actions

Once the Pick-Line Products are defined, the minimum quantity information is used in program SL.51 [Replenishment Report].
