WP.49: Commit Pre-check Report

Commit Pre-check Report is generated in program WP.48 [Lot Set Change Pre-check]. WP.49 [Commit Pre-check Report] produces a report based on the commit pre-check in WP.48.

Usage

WP.49 [Commit Pre-check Report] produce a report based on the commit pre-check process generated by WP.48 [Lot Set Change Pre-check]. This report is comprised of two (2) sections:

First Section (page 1) consists a summary of the Lot Set Change definition defined in WP.47[Lot Set Change Definition].

Second Section (page 2 and on) consists lot data preview based on the existing lots when WP.48 is generated. This section also reports lots when billing or inventory level impact due to the lot set change. Operators should use caution when these messages appear in the report and determine if they still want to proceed with the Lot Set Change process.

Preconditions

Lot Set Change definition must be created in program WP.47 [Lot Set Change Definition].

and commit pre-check must be generated in program WP.48 [Lot Set Change Pre-check] which sets the Lot Set Change definition status to Ready to Commit.

Subsequent Actions

After the commit pre-check report is printed, User should review the report to see if the the results satisfy their needs.

The next step is to perform the actual Lot Set Change process in program WP.50 [Commit Lot Set Change].
