These controls are used to invoke action commands using records selected from the current action grid.

In HighViews, the variety of commands available will depend on the type of data being retrieved. Frequently-used commands are listed directly on the tab bar for convenience. To access the complete list of commands, select the List CMD's option. Use the direction buttons to display commands that are not visible in the tab bar.

Invokes the complete list of commands that may be invoked to perform an action on the currently-selected records/information.

Upon completion of any action, the HighView will perform a database refresh to retrieve and display any new/changed data that match the current column filters; i.e., in most instances this will show you the results of your action.

Action Command Options

Any other commands that may be displayed on the tab bar will be linked to frequently-used action commands. Each action grid displays a different variety of commands (if any). For example, Assign Operators and De-Assign Operators (shown above) would only be available under the RF Operators action grid.

Using the Job Code Field

For HighViews, the Job Code Field is designed to accept only those job codes (and action commands) that relate to the kinds of records (orders, receipts, probills, manifests, etc.) that are loaded into the current action grid.
