Business Benefits

Sometimes you may need to add a legal message to a graphical form; e.g., invoice, receipt, etc. These messages may be generic (covering allclients) or specific (to be added for individual clients only). This program allows you to set up a variety of messages to be included with various types of graphical forms.

Usage

Use this job to generate message codes to be referenced in:

WP.81 [Warehouse Invoice XML Data Configuration]

WP.77 [Warehouse BOL XML Data Configuration]

Preconditions

Client codes must have been set up in program CR.06 [Client Names and Addresses].

Subsequent Actions

These Message codes are referenced in Field 14 of WP.77 [Warehouse BOL XML Data Configuration] and Field 4 of WP.81 [Warehouse Invoice XML Data Configuration]
