Business Benefits

You will occasionally wish to print some or all of your Assembly Work Orders, for review or to distribute to Warehouse staff.

This program allows you to print the details of Assembly/Kit Work Orders.

Usage

Use this program to print the details of an Assembly/Kit Work Order with the status of ENTERED.

Work Orders with a status of CONFIRMED or DELETED cannot be re-printed.

The program allows you to print:

• All un-printed Work Orders
• All Work Orders for particular Client(s)
• Specific Work Order(s).

Preconditions

A new Work Order is automatically assigned a status of ENTERED in program AS.01 [Assembly Work Order - Enter].

If a Work Order needs to be re-printed, the status must be reset to ENTERED in program AS.01.

Subsequent Actions

Once the Work Order is printed, the status is changed automatically to PRINTED, so that it cannot be re-printed mistakenly. If you need to re-print a printed Work Order, you must change the status back to ENTERED in program AS.01 [Assembly Work Order - Enter].
