FZ.90: Annual Report Date Setup

Business Benefits

Since the Annual Report is not necessarily based on a Calendar year (January 1st to December 31st) you may specify the Beginning/Ending Date ranges for the Report.

Usage

Use this Job to define the Annual Report's Date Range prior to using the FZ system and after the Annual Report is run in the program FZ.71 [FTZ Annual Report].

Note: After the Annual Report is run the system will move the current year date range to the Last year date range and the Next Year data range to the Current Year date range. At this point you must enter the "Next Year" date range (in Fields 5 and 6).

Preconditions

Typically the Annual Report Date Range is entered after either of the following programs are performed:

FZ.91 [Maintain Opening Balance Value] FZ.71 [FTZ Annual Report]

Subsequent Actions

This is typically the last Job to run prior to using the Foriegn Trade Zone (FZ) system and therefore no additional set-up steps are required.
