HF.01: Receipt Invoice

Business Benefits

Once a Receipt Invoice has been archived, you may re-display the details as required, and print a copy of it if necessary.

This program allows you to do this, selecting Documents in a variety of different ways (by Order number, by Seller number, etc.).

Usage

Use this job to display and/or print historical/archived Receipt Invoices by:

• Invoice number
• Receipt number
• Received from
• Pro-Bill number, and
• Warehouse Receipt number.

Note: If a Receipt Invoice was deleted, the print option identifies the Invoice as having been deleted. However, in the display option, the deleted Invoice is not shown.

Preconditions

Receipt Invoices are archived during the end-of-day procedure in program IP.33 [Shipment Register - Generate].

Subsequent Actions

Receipt Invoices remain in the system indefinitely or until the expiry date set up in Field 3 (Retention Days) of program HF.99 [Setup Program] is reached.

The purging of the historical records occurs in program DS.20 [Inventory Diagnostics].
