Before starting up the History Files subsystem, there are various parameters that must be defined so that the system can function properly. These parameters relate to a variety of history files that you may (or may not) be keeping, and the number of days of history retention.

Usage

Use this job to set up various parameters required in the History Files subsystem.

Preconditions

You must consult with your MAVES Representative prior to starting the setup of the History Files subsystem.

It is essential that you understand the implications of some of the parameters that this program will allow you to choose.

Subsequent Actions

If you are sure that the parameters have been set up properly in this program, you may proceed with the rest of the History Files system.
