Business Benefits

Occasionally you may wish to have a report of Available and On-Hand balances by Lot and Location. This program produces such a report for your review.

Usage

Use this job to print a list of Inventory Products with the Available and On-Hand Stock balances (but not Movement) for any number of Customers, as at the date of the report generation.

If the Client has reporting quantity set up in Field 27 (Recurring Rate Qualifier) of program CR.18 [Client Arrangements], the report will contain all quantities calculated on the basis of Field 40 (SKU's Per Unit of Charge) of program CR.62 [Client's Inventory Products].

Preconditions

Multiple Unit reporting is determined by - field 15 (Multiple Unit Reporting) of program WP.90 [Client Definitions]. Multi-SKUs are set up in program CR.10 [Measuring Units].

Subsequent Actions

Once you have a printout of the Inventory information, you may proceed to run any other associated program.
