Business Benefits

One of the areas that requires constant monitoring is that of Stock-Outs. If you do not have Stock available to fill Orders, you may have problems with your Clients. This program allows you to identify which Products are below minimum levels so that you can follow up with the Clients who have not yet delivered replacements (or on staff who may not have placed an Order for more Stock).

Usage

Use this job to print a list of Products which have Available balances that are below their minimum Critical values.

The report may be useful as a re-order notification.

Preconditions

Minimum values for Products is set up in Field 70 of program CR.62 [Client's Inventory Products].

Subsequent Actions

Once you know which Products are below minimum levels, you can take steps to either replenish the stock or follow up on any delays in delivery.
