Business Benefits

This report provides summary information concerning the status of a product so you may quickly determine (amongst other things) the on-hand, and available quantity of stock without the need to view extraneous details; e.g., Lots, IDs, etc.

Usage

Use this report when you require minimal and high-level stock quantity information for a client's or clients' products to monitor and review inventory levels.

The report is sorted by Client and Product and begins on a new page for each Client. The columns include the following information:

• Product Code
• On-Hand Quantity
• Unallocated Quantity (On Order but NO Lot(s) reserved)
• Allocated (On Order AND a Lot(s) reserved)
• On-Hold - Available (NOT On Order or On Hold).

Preconditions

Unallocated and Allocated stock must first be placed on order with the following job before it appears on this report.

OE.01 [Enter Orders (Shipping)]

Stock is placed On-Hold with the following task.

OR.21 [Holds - Adjustments]

Subsequent Actions

No specific subsequent actions are required after generating and printing this report.
