Business Benefits

In any operation, it is important to have information at your fingertips relating to availability of Stock within each Warehouse Location. This program prints a report showing where the Products are located, and the quantities available in each Location.

Usage

Use this job to:

• Produce a report showing the availability of a Product with respect to each Warehouse,
• Produce a report showing the Products which are below a minimum Stock level for each Warehouse.

Preconditions

The quantities available in each Warehouse are affected by various programs, including

OE.01 [Enter Orders (Shipping)]
OE.21 [Enter Shipped Orders]
RE.21 [Receipts]
RE.31 [Receipt Invoices]
OE.06 [Pick Confirmation]
OE.20 [Confirm or Modify Shipments]
RF.01 [R.F. Menu].

Subsequent Actions

Once you have printed the Inventory information, you may proceed to run any other associated program.
