Business Benefits

With a variety of activities going on and numerous transactions being processed during the week/month, it is critical that you produce a Cyclical and Accessorial Charge Report that reflects what happened. This program prints this information for you.

Usage

Use this job to print a listing of the Standard Cyclical or Accessorial Charges file, for reference purposes (ie. to ensure that up-to-date information is on file).

Whenever any additions or changes are made to the file, always produce a new printout.

Preconditions

Accessorial Charges are accumulated in program IP.12 [Access'l Chg/Credit-Accumulate].

Cycle Charges are entered in program IP.14 [Cyclical Charges - Enter].

Subsequent Actions

With the Report in hand, you may review the details and take any subsequent action(s) that may be appropriate (eg. to correct an error or make an Adjustment).
