Business Benefits

Various Management staff will undoubtedly require the ability to view Enhanced Management Reporting data at different levels of detail. For example, a CEO might view Revenues for the entire Company while a Division Manager checks the performance of a Division, etc.

This Job allows you to select and display the appropriate level of detail to the screen or as a report. Once these parameters are selected the system will gather the matching data, display its total Revenue, and prompt you to view the details supporting the Revenue total by one of the following options.

• Sales Activity Details (Invoices and their Amounts)
• General Ledger Summary (Revenue G/L Accounts and their Amounts)
• Revenue Summary (Revenue/Sales Codes and their Amounts)

Usage

Use this option to view a total Revenue amount from selected Enhanced Management Reporting data (e.g., a specific Division and Warehouse for a one-week period) and then "drill" into the supporting detail amounts from Invoices, General Ledger Revenue Accounts, and Revenue/Sales Codes.

Preconditions

Prior to using this Job the Enhanced Management Reporting feature must be activated by performing the following Jobs.

MR.90 [Division Set-up]
MR.91 [Sub-division Set up]
MR.92 [Warehouse/Sub-division Setup]
MR.96 [Line of Business Set up]
MR.97 [LOB Grouping Definition]
MR.99 [Track Revenue-Activity Setup]
