Business Benefits

Once an Order is in the system, it is essential that the processing of that Order start as quickly as possible.

The first part of that process is typically the printing of Shipping Documents and Labels so that the Order can be filled with the Products in the Warehouse. However, there may be instances when you need to re-print some or all of these Documents; e.g., because the originals were lost or damaged. This program allows you to identify the Shipping Labels that need to be re-printed, so that they can be included in the print scheduling (program OE.07 [Print Shipping Labels]).

Usage

Use this job to re-print any Label (e.g., that may be illegible because of a printer problem) for Orders that have already been printed but not yet confirmed for shipment.

Print:There is no option in this program to print an audit of the Labels requested for re-printing.

Preconditions

An Order must have been entered in program OE.01 [Enter Orders (Shipping)] and Orders printed using program OE.03 [Print Shipping Documents] and OE.07 [Print Shipping Labels].

Subsequent Actions

The Order Labels identified for re-printing will be scheduled by program OE.07 [Print Shipping Labels].
