Business Benefits

If you wish to group Orders together into one Master document, you may want to do so based on various criteria; e.g., rush Orders only, specific Carrier only. This program allows you to generate these Master documents in such a way.

Usage

Use this job to generate Master Bills of Lading, grouping Orders together based on selected criteria.

Preconditions

The following codes/numbers must have been set up in order for you to use them in the selection process:

WP.11 [Warehouses]
CR.06 [Client Names and Addresses]
CR.26 [Customer (Ship-To) Addresses]
Z0 MC.82 [Operators]
CR.29 [Order Types]
CR.38 [Carriers]
OE.01 [Enter Orders (Shipping)].

Subsequent Actions

Based on the selected criteria, the program will generate the corresponding Master Bill of Lading.
