OR.70: Government Reports - Calculate

Periodically, you may be required to submit reports to the Government in regard to your operation. These reports are defined in program CR.60 [Government Reports Definition]. This program carries out the calculation of the figures required for those Government reports.

Usage
Use this program to group Product statistics onto Government reports and line numbers as defined in program CR.60 [Government Reports Definition].
Print:There is no option in this program to print the values that were calculated. However, the program that does so (OR.71 [Government Reports - Print]) is called automatically for you.
Preconditions
Government reports and line numbers must have been defined in program CR.60 [Government Reports Definition] and assigned to Products in Field 74 of program CR.62 [Client's Inventory Products].
Subsequent Actions
The figures calculated by this program can be printed in program OR.71 [Government Reports - Print].
