Business Benefits

At the end of a fiscal month/Period, you will want to close off the activity for that Period, so that you can produce Financial Statements. This program allows you to close the Pallet Control system, so that you can start processing transactions for the next month/Period.

Usage

Use this job to generate a month-end report of all the transactions entered during the month.

Preconditions

Transactions are entered in program PC.01 [Enter Pallet Adj/Shp/Rct].

Subsequent Actions

Once the month-end details have been printed and cleared, you may proceed with new transactions in program PC.01 [Enter Pallet Adj/Shp/Rct]. Once accepts, all balances will be cleared out and will start at 0 for all pallet types, clients, carriers and consignees.
