Business Benefits

The Pallet Control system draws its information from a data base of Client information (name, address, etc.). This program allows you to set up this file of Accounts so that it can be used when processing Pallet transactions.

Usage

Use this job to set up the Account parameters for Clients involved with the Pallet Control system.

If applicable, you are able to setup limits for each client, carrier or consignee, each pallet type that will issue a warning when they have exceeded the limit assigned.

Print:There is no option in this program to print the values that are displayed on the screen. This can be done in program PC.89 [Account Parameters Report].

Preconditions

Account codes must have been set up in programS CR.06 [Client Names and Addresses] or CR.26 [Customer (Ship-To) Addresses] or CR.38 [Carriers].

Pallet types must have been set up in program PC.81 [Pallet Types].

Subsequent Actions

The Account parameters defined in this program may be printed by using program PC.89 [Account Parameters Report].
