If for some reason there are some outstanding Orders that have been picked (in program OE.03 [Print Shipping Documents]), and they cannot be filled with the proper quantities, you may need to reconcile the Order and adjust the quantities in the Orders. This program allows you to do this.

Usage

Use this job to reconcile Order discrepancies.

Preconditions

A Count code must have been defined in program PI.20 [Count - Maintain/Generate] and a Ticket number generated in program PI.22 [Tags - Generate Blank/External].

Also, you must first have run program PI.72 [Count - Update].

Subsequent Actions

Using the entries made in this program, the system will adjust the stock balance accordingly.
