TU.50: Generate Turns Calculation

Business Benefits

At the end of each month/Period, you may wish to review the most recent Turns figures. This program allows you to generate these statistics based on the activity during the (just closed) month, and the statistics from the previous 11 months.

Usage

Use this job to generate Turns for a particular Period.

Print:There is no option in this program to print the Turns that have been generated. This can be done in program TU.10 [Print Turns Report].

Preconditions

During the initial startup of the system, you must enter the first Period-ending date in program TU.99 [System Start-Up].

At other times, you must complete your normal month/Period-end procedures first.

Subsequent Actions

The Turns that are generated in this program can be displayed in program TU.01 [Display Turns] and printed in program TU.10 [Print Turns Report].
