There are some Clients whom you may wish to group together on Sales reports because they are similar. This program allows you to define these Sales Groups.

Usage

Use this job to define Sales Group codes.

Sales Groups are referenced in program CR.06 [Client Names and Addresses] (field 19) and CR.62 [Client's Inventory Products] (field 13).

Preconditions

Determine how many different kinds of Sales Group categories you need for your operation.

Subsequent Actions

The Sales Groups are reflected in the Sales reports generated by programs

MR.32 [Revenue - Unbilled and Billed]

MR.43 [Budget Worksheets]

MR.44 [Actuals vs. Budgets], and

MR.55 [Client Product Analysis].
