Business Benefits

When HTML_EMAIL is selected as a printer in a print process, you will be prompted to provide email address(es) as the destination of the print output.

For reduce the burden of typing a long list of email addresses, the operator can look at the attached Email address browse and select one or more identifier(s) which contain all needed email addresses.

Usage

Use this job to setup and maintain Email Addresses.

Preconditions

Company codes must have been set up in program Z0 MC.03 [Companies].

Address books must have been set up in program CC.16 [Email Address Books].

Subsequent Actions

Once an Email Address has been defined in this Job, the operator may simply assign the email destination by select the record in the email address browse.
