This program is to perform the actual updates to the lot data according to the Lot Set Change definition defined in WP.47 [Lot Set Change Definition].

Usage

Once you are satisfied with the proposed Lot Set Change preview result in WP.49 [Commit Pre-check Report], Use this job to implement the Lot Set Change against the exiting lots of the product(s).

VERY IMPORTANT: During the commit process, all activities of product(s) going through Lot Set Change should be stopped to avoid interruption of the commit process.

Preconditions

Lot Set Change definition must be created in WP.47 [Lot Set Change Definition].

Commit pre-check must be generated in WP.48 [Lot Set Change Pre-check], which sets the Lot Set Change definition status to Ready to Commit.

Although it is optional, it is strongly recommended to run the commit pre-check report in program WP.49 [Commit Pre-check Report] before the actual Lot Set Change commit process.

Subsequent Actions

The completed Lot Set Change definition can be retrieved in program WP.47 [Lot Set Change Definition] by the browse option in Field 1.

The mapping information and Event History can be viewed through the MAP and HIST option in WP.47 [Lot Set Change Definition].

You may also view the prior lot set data through the Lot Input Window with option *PL.
