Business Benefits

Email Address Books are used to manage Email Addresses. By classifying email addresses into different categories, email addresses books are convenient for the operator to reach a specific email address.

This program allows you to define those email address books that will be used by email addresses.

Usage

Use this job to setup and maintain Email Address Books.

Preconditions

Company codes must have been set up in program Z0 MC.03 [Companies].

Subsequent Actions

Once a Email Address Book has been defined in this Job, you may define Email Addresses in CC.17 [Email Addresses].
